Playing matches and working hard on the training ground is extremely important for continual development. However, it is decisive that players also train and optimise the magnitude of details influencing their performance. Many players do not know what details these are. We do, and we can help. Getting the details right is a complex cognitive challenge. Solving these challenges alone is impossible. Deep personal coaching is necessary. Players that invest in deep personal coaching substantially increase their probability of success.
Deep personal coaching requires a transparent, devoted, unconditional and long-term relationship between the player and the coach. Furthermore, 360° expertise is vital within the personal coaching team. Players change clubs all the time and no club have all the specialists necessary. Club coaches do not have the time, focus and position to involve in deep personal coaching of individual players. Therefore, clubs and club coaches are not suited for servicing players with deep personal coaching. Therefore, players must organise this outside of their club.

There is no professional club independent platform combining deep player coaching and career management. Pando is designed based on Morten Thorsby's career learnings and modern talent management thinking.
Our vision is to improve Scandinavian football. The only way, we believe, is through improving individual players’ performances. To get better players, player development must be personalised, club independent and consciously coached by professional coaches and specialists.
Our mission is to help players realise their potential. We make this possible with innovative thinking, deep relations with the player, club independent continuity, conscious coaching, deliberate practice, 360° coverage, structure, analysis, data, strategy and experience transfer between players.
Morten is a success story, but Pando is what we wish Morten had access to from his early teens. Who knows where he would be now if Pando were available when he was 14-15 years old. Today Pando is a vital part of Morten’s continual work to reach his career goal.
